Allan and Praline Clover joined the Norrish team when Norrish Property Consultant was established in 2003 and their contribution during that time has been and continues to be very significant, not only in terms of their respective personalities and characters, but also the knowledge and skills they bring to specialist real estate marketing. Their particular focus of interest is lifestyle and horticultural property – an interest born out of their own active involvement in kiwifruit orcharding. They possess first-hand and intimate knowledge of all aspects of the industry having developed and managed their own very successful orchard for many years. However, Allan & Praline’s gifts extend beyond their expertise in orchard management. Their life experiences are considerable and they bring wisdom and maturity to their professional interests in real estate. 30 years in the NZ Fire Service, which included management, public education and staff training responsibilities, helped Allan develop his very significant people, communication and discernment skills. Praline has a background in administration having worked in a chartered accountant’s office for a number of years, leaving in 1986 after the arrival of their baby daughter. For the past 10 years or so she has actively involved herself with the management & maintenance of their orchard. Prior to becoming a certified marketing consultant Praline worked as personal assistant to Paul and Heather Norrish, a position which awakened in her an interest in real estate and desire to becoming more fully involved. Allan & Praline enjoy the challenges of real estate and working with their clients in seeking to satisfy their real estate needs. They bring an integrity and diligence to their responsibilities which is unrivalled and share wholeheartedly the values of the company that “when people come first it’s rewarding for everyone.”
