Introducing Jan King
It is my pleasure to introduce Jan King - my business partner in the marketing of property.
Jan and I began our business relationship in early 2006. Finding the right person to work with me was not easy. Having already spent over 12 years growing my business and establishing relationships of trust with my extensive client base it was essential to find a person of the highest character and integrity and with the necessary administrative and people skills. After giving the matter considerable thought I finally approached Jan, whom I had known for a number of years and identified her as being just the person I needed to enhance my business. Jan has very high personal values and business ethics, a meticulous eye for detail and most importantly treats everybody she meets with "unconditional positive regard", definitely the most significant quality I was looking for in a business partner.
Since 2006 Jan has established for herself an enviable reputation in the world of real estate, working more particularly with buyers, as she patiently and persistently helps them to find the most suitable property for their requirements. Her energy and consistent cheerful disposition makes the buying process a pleasant one for all involved. Jan closes and negotiates a sale with skill and sensitivity and takes care of all the fine details associated with a sale right up to settlement date.
